A.J. Maclean was in both dirtbag and midweek madness today so I think this means one thing....
They say that like it’s a bad thing?
Kagan made that point during the Hellerstedt argument. Keller couldn’t name any other medication that was regulated by the state to the point where the patient had to take it in a clinic.
For what it’s worth...
You tried Anderson. Sometimes there’s no reasoning with children.
Real talk, though.
Even if it wasn’t already on record, it’s not remotely a plausible statement. He’s had five children with three wives, and two of the children were conceived before he married their mothers. Are we really to assume that the subject never crossed his mind, either then or when one of the seemingly many women he’s slept…
Crimes in public are strictly a white privilege.
Meanwhile, I’m a middle aged white lady and I’ve walked out of stores directly in front of security guards while carrying unpaid merchandise in full view with nary a peep (not on purpose — I’m just an easily distracted dumbass and I space out sometimes).
Not shocked by this. We are well aware that this is what employees at MOST chain stores are told to do.
It neither offers benefit nor infers harm to the fetus, at least as far as we can say with certainty. Difficult to carry out good quality studies (obviously), but the ones that have tried do suggest an increased risk of spontaneous abortion in the second and third trimesters, maybe 5-7%, and the possibility of fetal…
Wow. I’m reading through all of these and they’re gutwrenching. The fourth one contains a sentence that I think is especially hard to think about, and sadly there’s likely a sizable group of women out there who know how this feels:
I’ve posted this link before but it’s worth posting again. I know some people don’t like Andrew Sullivan but he had a thread of posts, written by his readers, about late term abortion called “It’s so Personal” and it was eye-opening, to him and others who had never thought of abortion in other than black and white…
And you can guarantee they’ll now require all doctors to have admitting privileges (if it’s not already a law), because of the danger of anesthesia.
because knocking people unconscious for no reason is dangerous
Quick reminder that most of the abortions performed after 20 weeks aren’t for women who changed their mind about having a child - it’s more often for women whose pregnancy is life-threatening or the fetus has severe abnormalities.
Which is amazing, given that members of the party frequently call it the party of personal responsibility. Argh.
There’s a very pervasive sense of “lack of personal responsibility” within the GOP at large, but it’s especially surface-level within the Trump campaign, and ESPECIALLY in Lewandowski. People like glomming on to it because no one likes admitting fault for their own problems. The hubris and scapegoating is appalling.
That saddest part is some of them do admit that he did this, and they don’t give a shit. They think anyone who gets assaulted in any way deserves it.
