The whole country is running out of the standard lethal injection drug combo. The medical community won’t make more due to the ethical implications, and we can’t import them since the ingredients mostly come from the EU. So states are going to probably going to phase it out or do stuff like this.

Yeah I have had my DD orders screwed up, and then they send me a text asking me to rate my driver. It wasn’t the driver’s fault and I don’t want to get them fired by giving them anything other than a 5. But there is no good way to complain about whoever packed this food :/
