How is voting by tablet in your car functionally different than voting by tablet at city hall/in a public school/etc? A lot of places got rid of paper ballots for in-person voting a while ago.

My mom was PISSED when I told her I'd had a couple of dreams about grandma since she passed. Nothing crazy, she didn't even impart any wisdom. My mom and her mom had a super strained relationship so I'm not even sure why she thinks grandma *would* visit her.
I don’t forgive *nothin* and I don’t have anything as egregious as racial epithets slung at me.
I think the biggest mistake is running 3rd party. No matter how smart or good for the job, they’re just never going to get elected. And I say this as as someone who voted for Nader... twice :P

“mass suicides break out wherever he speaks”
My mother, who always voted republican, voted for Perot. The only thing I remember about him is Dana Carvey.
I was actually able to find out info on these from ballotpedia.com. Plus the three judges listed, whether to retain or not. Because who knows anything about judges?! Half the time you Google them and unless they've been involved in some Jon Benet level type case or judicial fuckery, there's not enough info to make a…
They ARE married :)
This reminds me of the several emails I get a week (to my spam box) threatening to release nude photos of my wife.
I have seen the aluminum foil section wiped out at the grocery store (but not the hardware store - tip), but not cans of soda*. Pop is plentiful. I have been kind of amazed at what is missing though. Pancake mix, Ball jars (for canning), and Liquid Plumber (but not any of the other brands of toilet clog relief).
Sorry, we’re out of Pepperidge Farm.
It’s nice that Lindsey Buckingham is on a horse because he had a rather nasty heart attack last year and almost died. Also, he doesn’t have any songwriting credits on “Dreams” and it’s back in the Top 20 so that’s more coin in Stevie’s pocket. A message? A mea culpa? Probably not something he’s capable of after being…
I know 30+ year olds who STILL don’t vote because they are middle class and “politics doesn’t interest/involve them.” So yeah, cut someone some slack for actually learning and growing.
I can’t really be too hard on her. Not only is she from a wealthy family (IN KENTUCKY), but lots of people grow up voting how their parents vote until they go to college or otherwise get out into the world.
That is precisely what these were asking, too. But in a totally roundabout way that even I, an ACAB defund the motherfuckers person was like....... I don’t know what to check!!!!! I feel like I am being bamboozled! But my opinion is a minority, and like I said, it was an opinion question, to be “taken into…
We have two ballot measures here (that aren’t even binding, more like opinion polls), but I had to google them to find out what they were even asking. I felt like I was taking the SATs again. You can usually get the jist at least. These were a total fkin mystery, probably because the essence is defunding the police,…
I voted by mail, just as another anecdote. I live in IL. I received my ballot back in September and mailed it back immediately. Then I tracked it. Took about a week for it to be marked as rcvd/accepted.
Imagine a family sitting down to dinner. The adults are making conversation when junior pipes up with I WANT ICE CREAM!!!! That’s what this story is about, except junior is the president of the United States and the ice cream is a frozen dairy concoction popular 60 yrs ago.
