But since redditors are now saying they should use this momentum to get other people fired that they disagree with, for whatever reason, they have precisely made her a martyr. And so has Arenanet. If ArenaNet had used this to create a set of guidelines for how their employees should act on social media, the situation

It’s basically “hydrolyzed vegetable protein,” aka the kind of soy sauce you get in packets at takeout places because it’s cheaper than brewed soy sauce, but Maggi is more concentrated, less salty, and more “meaty.” Essentially akin to MSG, but with actual flavor. I add it to everything. It’s fantastic.

I was at that Liberty Island show! I thought it was a great show, but I ate quite a few pot brownies beforehand, so I can’t say my memory is on point. I’ve been to good and bad Radiohead concerts, though. I recall a MSG show being one of the best I’ve ever seen.

I’ve made sous vide meatloaf hamburgers and then seared them after cooking and they came out FANTASTIC.

Isn’t the whole point of a casserole to not have to cook everything separately before putting it in the casserole dish and baking it?

Jo is practically an NYC institution at this point, inasmuch as between her and Aparna Nancherla, you can throw a dart at a board of that week’s comedy shows and there’s a 50% chance you’re seeing one of them. That said, I literally never tire of seeing her. I went to a show a few weeks ago where comedians just played

I probably go to about one comedy show a week, and largely they are female/PoC/queer-focused comedy, so I totally understand what you’re saying in that I sometimes feel uncomfortable or mildly insulted. But 1) They’re not talking about ME, 2) I think it’s important for me to listen to them because we haven’t been for

That is a pretty bizarre decision. It seems like their decision was to allow you to see every character’s arc in one playthrough, no matter how you do it, but FFVI pretty much did that with tons of character interaction.

I’m only 2 hours into the demo, but it does not seem to scale. I got my first character up to level 7, and the recommended level for picking up a new character was 5. But after you pick up that character, they start at 1.

I roast the chicken bones, but not the thanksgiving turkey, because I’m too food coma’d at that point to do anything other than dump them all in a pot.

It’s much more nuanced than that in a great way. The books from here on out have some really good questions with no right answers.

I loved “I’m going to need that gun back now”

Given that Drummer’s a combination of two characters, her plot could have gone down a different way, and I’m glad they chose not to do that.

The next book they’d be covering is the most curious of the series, with almost no characters other than Holden, Miller, Amos, and Naomi. Even Alex is barely in it. I wonder how

This is actually hurting game sales. I haven’t played a new game in like 6 months because I still have about 10 hours left of BotW, two Witcher DLC’s...I just finished the HZD DLC, but I want to FINISH THOSE GAMES, dammit.

ALSO STARRING DUNST SHE’S A NATIONAL TREASURE

I believe they were Indians who had moved to Texas, which is a legitimately large ethnic group currently. And the Mariner Valley would suggest that they’re just the predominant group in one neighborhood in Mars.

I’m wondering how you’d feel relative velocity at 18,000 km/hr.

I’m not sure how they’re going to use her moving forward, because (spoilers?) neither she nor Bobbie are in the next book, but like game of thrones they can’t just tell an actor to take a season off. However, when she returns in the series, Clarissa becomes a really enjoyable character.

They don’t seem to cleave to the books with the seasons, so I expect the Abbadon’s Gate storyline to finish around ep. 3 of the next season.

Definitely not bleeped on Amazon. I actually really liked when Syfy bleeped the magicians, because they used a hysterical closed caption symbol for it.
