Say what you like about how society would have been better off if the internet was invented earlier, but at least we were spared a video of Elizabeth Taylor bragging about how much she liked tongueing Eddie Fisher’s dirtbox and also calling Debbie Fisher a psycho

Gen Xer here. This has not, nor has it ever been a Gen X vehicle. Nor was the PT Cruiser, the last Thunderbird, or any of the other retro designs from the late 90s and early 2000s. They were targeted squarely at late Silent generation and early Boomers who could taste the nostalgia.

That’s only $1,500 less than that car cost when it was new

Opened the thread to say this; glad I wasn’t the lone voice of reason.

1. Don’t. Service dogs are an exception, and that means actual trained service dogs, not “emotional support animals”.

Wokedillos.

Hell Yeah!  If it’s not already too loud, a quick exhaust job will fix that... like dual exhaust with cherry bombs.  Starting this thing up should set off car alarms, which if you’ve never had a ride that does that, I will tell you never gets old.  Two taps on the gas, turn the key, symphony of stupid.

Less logic, moar revs.

I am thoroughly disappointed that GM didn’t lean into a little pop culture reference and call the final package “Bitchin’ Camaro Edition”.

Hey Lifehacker, I’m going to show you how to write an article:

Plastic drywall anchors are just freaking fine for any application that you would WANT to hang stuff on drywall. There are dozens, if not hundreds of different solutions to hanging stuff on drywall and a lot of people make it into this huge debate about

i’m a huge fan of tapcon.  some of the anchor packages come with the proper drill bit, others you have to buy separately.  I’ve used them in cinder block and brick to great success.

Add a supercharger. It’ll be a Leaf blower.

There is no debate.

Modern snowcats have multiple safety switches to lock the brake and prevent this from happening. Door switches, armrests, etc. However, I’m not sure whether the PB240D is so equipped, or if so, if it was functional. They were before my time.

Red Snow Cats always foretell danger...
