You can also throw in one more step of chop them in half, scrape out the pointy bits and then steam them.  Takes as much time as shucking an ear of corn or cleaning a cantaloupe.

We have two mandolins and always use the guard. My pinkie fingers right angles made us both reconsider our life’s choices.

Pretty sure the wheels are just a wide set of Super Advans.

The super Advans really set it apart.  They are hard to pull off but when they work they really work.

Aside from being an abomination not worthy of rusting away in the woods, the failure to identify the donor car screams of something shady. There is probably no title and the current owner has no actual car experience and bought something someone else told him was awesome.

Haha, thats funny.  We have some of the highest gas taxes, no weather damage to our roads, and they are still garbage.  CA just siphons the tax money off to other pet projects while dragging out major infrastructure to help their buddies profit off of state funded projects.

I’ve always been of the mindset that German cars have poor reliability because their owners can’t afford to maintain them properly.  I would assume Italians have a similar issue from lack of miles.  The people I’ve known to drive their exotics seem to have far less issues than those who don’t.

The STS-V always seemed pretty awesome but having never even seen one its hard to know if they live up to the hype.

Had an ‘06 that was pretty awesome.  Not fast but fun to drive.  Could fit anything in it and probably would have driven it longer if someone hadn’t run a stop sign and smashed into it.

The only staples I don’t buy from Aldi are the ones I end up being able to use from a warehouse store. Onions, potatoes and such are cheaper to buy in bulk if you can get through them before they go bad.

NNNOOOOOOOoooooooooo!!!

Filed to Real Estate? Don’t we have a Houselopnik category?

There is a reason they only made one...

I swear I’m missing something with chocolate cream pie (and others) but every time I make it or it gets served to me I just think its bland. I’ll have to go find a good one.

Did some napkin math for my company and its about $1B to send people home for 2 weeks with pay. That doesn’t include any hit from simply not delivering products.

Not that coughing into the elbow isn’t much better than coughing into the air but especially with something like coronavirus it can live on clothing for an extended period of time. A better practice is coughing into a tissue if possible and then disposing of it correctly.
