Time attack is so badass.  Its basically drag racing around a racetrack.

Your timing comment may be spot on. At the time people were still thinking F&F was the epitome of honda development and APC was a hot seller at autozone. SA was high end compared to what most people were doing to their cars. Hell, I’m not even sure password JDM was around back then.

Having dreamed about all the awesome JDM goodness we were denied, it was awesome to have a Super Autobacs in CA for a while. The best part about the place is that you could actually try out things like seats and steering wheels instead of wondering if they would feel good or waiting for a buddy to buy them first.

Would love to see that quote.  The only reference I can find to 500,000 vehicles is for 2019.

Ford, the company that states that autonomous vehicles are overhyped and their 2021 model will be only applicable in very narrow circumstances is a top contender?  Methinks the chart may not have any clue to what its talking about.

I know that the Skyline has enjoyed many decades of dominating different racing series’ but I have always felt that the thing was more GT car than race car. Hell, they make a 4 door version.

Is every parking spot monitored with such high quality video in this parking garage? Most of the stuff we see (if there is any) is potato quality at best.

I thought we knew this years ago when the IDX was canned.

I was completely prepared to call BS before I saw the photo.  That’s freaking awesome.  Lincoln has completely upped their game, I’m blown away by the Navi these days.

$52 last time I had to travel by taxi 5 miles to get to an airport. I really don’t care which model Lyft/Uber uses.

Only 4 seats?  Hopefully they have a 3 row option.

Weird, all the paperwork that got printed out at the tire shop I used to work at often had the name “Mike Hawk” on it. Must have been his brother...

One of the few muscle cars that doesn’t look good with a cowl hood.

Thanks, maybe that’s what I am thinking of.  How flexible are the bodies on the vert?  I normally despise them but the FC looks damn good without a top.

It was stale cigarettes that you are thinking of and my 87 was all blue instead of Maroon.  All of us got them from our chain smoking grandmothers.

Unrelated, I had a 1987 Buick Regal Limited given to me as a first car. It had the garbage 307 V8 and instead of maroon everything like the car above it was ALL light blue.

Good.  After wading through scams, dealers, and garbage ads every time I want to search (for real or fun) this seems like a step in the right direction.  $5 is cheap considering what autotrader has always charged.  My only concern is how often you can keep or update your ad for that price.

Why don’t they do what every other Silicone Valley startup did to make their business profitable? Force all drivers to install a TV with ads playing constantly while recording your face and voice.

Ok Mazda, hell froze over, its your turn now.

FC was the first car I bought with my own money. At 17 it was a terrible choice as I bought the cheapest one and had no idea what I got myself into. I think it moved 200 miles in the 6 months I owned it.
