I always figured they did that because of the stereotypes associated with the Miata, trying to show that men can own these things too.

Look, dont get me wrong, I work for and support large corporations and don’t take personal problem with anything I stated. That being said, feel free to name a for profit corporation (publicly traded with a board and shareholders) that doesn’t follow my #1.

I chose my words carefully. Corporations and Companies are very different beasts. A corporation is only held to the standard of make money for shareholders. Any decision they make to be altruistic is simply an end to a means.

Oddy owner here...I love our minivan but it really sucks that there isn’t much better on the market that can do what it can do. If the Panamera could seat 7 I would buy one in a heartbeat.

I voted NP for no turbos and the fact that I keep looking at these but I would pay a lot less for a PDK equipped one. Driving a manual SUV doesn’t appeal to me.

I think this article goes a little too far in the lack of trust but I will echo the points that most people can use to make a value judgement about any corporation.

To note...there is no way this actually comes with the explosives to actually make it operate.

Its not racing, its graded. Speed just happens to be part of the formula.

FD really needs to add speed and angle sensors to these vehicles so they can have some more objective data for each run.

I’m torn but at the end of the day I just really hate that there was never a sedan e46 m3.

Considering how repetitive some track events can get I am surprised that TA doesn’t have more of a following.

Time Attack! Time attack all the racecars!

This. Looked for the closest carmax with the best cars. Showed up unannouced. Gave the guy a list of cars I wanted to drive (M3, S4, etc) and we tried them all out. When I was done he offered to let me try the $100k RS7 they just got in. After that he handed me his card and said to call him if I wanted to look around

Anyone buying a “normal” car through carmax is overpaying. I mainly look at their inventory to find low mileage enthusiast cars that you wont find on most dealership lots. That and the whole warranty thing.

Damn I must be getting old, I don’t even know how to read the attached cuts from twitter. Its a mess and all over the place.

Small world. I was the tired looking adult with a ton of kids running around.

Looking at the system this akin to a McDonalds franchise complaining because a guy on the street is selling hot dogs for less money and more convienoence so they can’t make any money. The taxi cab industry and its entry fee combined with a crowded market is what should be looked at.

Pics!

Crazy, I was there on Saturday. To note, they have TWO 2000gt on display (hardtop and convertible). Also a gt40 next to the new gt. The Porsche display was awesome (gulf 917k) and to top it all off was a beautiful xj220.

Not the most current data but I’m not so sure:
