Yea, my Dad bough a 914 cheap off a superior while he was single and tax free in the military. He sold it because he couldn’t keep up with the maintenance.

I’m so sorry.

That civic is photoshopped or painted. I owned an EG that was teal (and an Escort) and the Honda color is awful.

Missile cars are awesome. Show me the Subaru owner who will take his car off a few curbs sideways.

A base model full electric Accord would be pretty awesome. The damn thing is basically a perfect “car” and is cheap enough to make at this point. Steal the panels and interior, design a body that accommodates a low battery and motors and you probably have a winner on your hands.

As a borderline millennial, I endorse this comment.

I would also argue that a building 1000 feet long isn’t much of a building. I just put one up that is 1,100 feet long, inside another building, on stilts.

Granted, the new headquarters that Google is building in London is a really big building—1,082 feet long, holding 7,000 workers

Ok, I just want to say I love this site. You people are great. We have some amazing shots of F1 disassembly by the only guy in the US who is even allowed to do so, never mind the camo P1 (?) in the background of one of the shots.

I was really close to marking NP for this one, especially seeing the timing chain work. That said, the stuck top has me thinking its too much hassle. I bet you could knock another grand off this and it would be worth it.

My gripe with this car is the same gripe I’ve had with all of them. It just costs too much. It might be nimble. It might be electric. At the end of the day it’s still not much more than a tiny car and I want to pay less for a tiny car, not more. $32k is insane for something that literally cannot be more than a city

Harsh FC, real harsh:

I think the last forever thing has long since past. I work with guys who between them own nearly every version of every truck made in the last 10 years. They are all pretty damn reliable these days. The $10k diff between the worst and (assuming) the best probably easily makes up any repair costs and the fuel

“Old-school simplicity” sucks when it means no heated seats in my $47,000 adventure vehicle.

I have an Echo a FireTV and a Chromecast (it was free) but mostly have the Apple ecosystem. As much as everyone whines about copying technology from each other it would be nice if I could get all the options from one company instead of mashing them all together. Hell, I’ll probably end up with a Ring doorbell and Nest

Although I never realized it before, we have so many contract EMT firms in my city they must be booked with non emergency calls. Our emergency rooms are lined with people getting colds fixed as well.

Yes, which is weird because apparently more people call an ambulance for non-emergency things than I realized.

Weird, I assumed less people who shouldn’t be driving weren’t driving, therefore resulting in less emergency situations. I suppose you would see a decline in overall hospital visits as well.

/sigh, its like every country except America gets cool wagons.

Exit signs are often not even on power anymore:
