Bah, March and April are going to be horrible for my gaming habits.

Fantastic! I've been waiting for news on this for some time.

Yeah, Nintendo doesn't explain this with enough clarity. There's like this huge weight when they mention the Wonder Cards, but once you pick up the gift they're pointless. I understand this is how they send the pokemon to your DS to make sure you don't just get like 10 of the same in-store promotion, but it could at

So, my friends just gifted me The Old Republic so I'll join their guild and I'm having an issue. Can I balance an MMO with other single player games? This is my first MMO and I feel like I should be playing it over pretty much everything else since I'm consistently paying for it. My backlog was slowly dwindling,

That's exactly what I was thinking!

The White gel was probably one of my favorite parts of the game. In the one room where you get both blue and white gel, I had quite a time trying to figure out what to do. Ultimately I solved it "wrong" but I still finished the room. I think that's part of the fun.

I'm fairly excited for this because it sounds like it plays like Star Fox 64. I'm all for the changing weapons and upgrades and such, but I would love to see branching paths. That is one of my favorite parts of Star Fox 64. I normally love the difficult path, but my 2 favorite levels are on the easy/medium path.

Yeah. Despite all the press about senators no longer supporting the bill, nearly all of them say they don't support it in it's current form. So obviously they still support some form of control over the internet.

I think the only game I've ever played on the hardest difficulty was Kingdom Hearts 2: Final Mix+. And it really wasn't all that difficult. I actually learned how to play the game instead of just mashing buttons. Patterns were easier to read, blocking became second nature, and I was actually pretty good at the

So, if I pick this up on PS3, it won't have any of the horrible lag or gamebreaking issues that plagued the original launch?

Honestly, I'm ok with most of the changes. The only one that I don't like is the Noooooo! at the end of Return of the Jedi. And that's only because it's retroactively justifying the Nooooo! in Revenge of the Sith. I think both are silly and would prefer them not to be in the films. But otherwise, making the Ewoks

Agreed.

Let's do it! I'll start!

Page 3 has a really telling passage about why Lucas feels its his right to change his films. From what it says, it seems like the studios really ruined/crushed what George thought was right when he was first starting out, and that has been a chip on his shoulder ever since.

This is the internet! I'm sure this will pop up in an hour or so again.

No matter what he says or does, he'll always be that guy that dressed up like a pimp for E3.

I think I have had a fill of the harp with skyward sword. Such an unsatisfying section to an overall great game.

Not really surprised, but thanks for the heads up anyways. I'd heard about the ambiguous ending, but its good to know that there's no reason to look at this if you hated XIII.

So, I played Arkham City, no Catwoman since I borrowed it from a friend. Did anyone else prefer Arkham Asylum? I just felt like AA had a much tighter narrative. AC was more like, "Look at this big city! Here's Joker, and there's Bane! Ooooh, Ra's al Ghul! I wonder who will pop up next!" In AA, even though Joker

Hey Kotaku, I know L.A. Noire has gotten a lot of praise this year and was in the discussion for GOTY. Should I pick up the regular version at Best Buy for $10 and then get the Rockstar Pass on sale for $6?
