That argument doesn't really make sense. I don't want to talk to my friends specifically to get help in Dark Souls, I want to talk to them because that's what I do when I'm on Xbox. I'm not trying to find some way around the intended multiplayer design. There's obviously a chance I could get Blue Phantoms that I

Awesome. Thanks guys!!

I can almost appreciate the design choice. Clearly the devs want a certain experience and I definitely appreciate their attempt at creating that. But, if I get online and want to play Dark Souls, but all my other friends are playing Halo or Gears or whatever, its going to be really annoying if I can't join them just

Here's the thing though, I have a lot of friends that play 360, and I like to talk to them, despite the game I'm playing. Dead Space was no less spooky for me because I was in party chat. Dark Souls would be no less immersive for me. Plus, I talked to my roommate pretty much the whole time I was playing Demon's

Eew, lack of party chat? That's one of the primary reasons I buy games on the 360. I'd buy this on PS3 anyways, due to my awesome experience with Demons' Souls, but still, that would definitely be a dealbreaker on 360.

Ok, so I just need to clarify something. I'm thinking about getting Resident Evil 4 HD and Code Veronica X HD. It's about the same price if I just get the 3 months of PS+ and then get each one half off. When PS+ expires, I still keep any content I bought with the discount, correct?

You aren't the only one. Michale Hogan is a beast, and I hope he's not just a bit part like in Mass Effect 2. Seriously, the guy is awesome.

Ohhh dang, you guys used my tip! I don't normally see game news before anybody else, so this is sweet!

Yeah. The full 3D effect is nauseating for long gameplay stretches. But once I find that sweet spot, it really works well. Although, I did play the majority of Ocarina turned completely off.

Wonderful! I'm much more inclined to pick this up now. Thanks!

Does anybody know if this comes with all the content from the PS2 and Wii versions? I only ever played on GameCube and would like to play the real operation Ada and get that laser gun thing.

I am realllly excited for this. I wanted to like Left 4 Dead, but I just couldn't get into it. This looks to be in the same vein, but with the RE twist to it. Plus, I'm doing the ARG and its giving backstory on the characters. It sounds like its going to be pretty cool.

Haha, thats a legitimate Gripe! I have faith that 3D will move the story forward, but not the way any of us want. Although playing as Riku without the stupid card based system could be really fun. Hopefully they actually play like different characters.

Ahhh, thanks for the clarification!

Does anyone know why the trailer is... backwards? I thought the numbers on Neku's hand looked weird.

Why didn't you like BBS? I thought it had probably the most refined combat system of all the games so far, and I loved upgrading and customizing my skills. Maybe the shot-locks were a little too powerful, but otherwise I felt it was pretty balanced.

Wal-Mart is bundling Arkham Asylum with Arkham city if you pre-order on their website. Normally I would never shop at Wal-Mart, but seeing how I just Gamefly'd the first one, this is a really good deal.

Agreed. The original AC was really boring. Towards the end, it was just a chore to finish. It's cool they're calling back to Altair, but man, was he bland.

Yeah, that could've been a huge boost to the Japanese gaming market. He could've helped bring Japanese gamers to the 360 while getting exposure and experience with some western studios, something he's clearly interested in. Would've definitely been a win-win for gamers of all kinds.

This game looks awesome. The synthesis of Old-school side scrolling mario with the 3D newer Mario seems to create a hybrid style that plays to both their strengths. I really think Nintendo is trying to innovate with this game, even if that's not their main goal.
