When I worked there (almost a decade ago in fairness) a burrito was a light scoop of meat and we were taught to use a heaping scoop for bowls so it didn’t look empty. Rice, beans, and salsa were one scoop for burritos so you could still easily wrap them, and two scoops for bowls.

You can still pass the virus even if you’re vaccinated and there are people besides anti-vaxxers that are at risk, such as those who are immunocompromised. 

You should always wear a mask inside a school until under 12s are vaccinated no matter the community transmission rate. People who are vaccinated can and have spread the virus to the unvaccinated.
