Yeah, I’ve been running for 15 years and sharp pains will make me stop running. Achy is ok and totally normal. But ignoring ANY sharp pain during a run is a great way to get a worse more permanent injury.

Less than 1% of bats carry rabies. If you don’t handle bats, it’s a non-issue. We’ve had a bat box in our yard forever and can see them swoop down in the late evening, but otherwise we never know they are there. And we have far fewer mosquitos than our neighbors.

Tinned fish should really be on here. It’s great on crackers or bread with butter, added to salads, or just plain. Sardines in olive oil are a great start, but so is smoked trout and mackerel.

The best option is to avoid wrinkles in the first place. As soon as my dryer finishes, I fold the clothes out of it directly into the basket. They only wrinkle when they sit unfolded in there forever. The bonus is that I never have laundry sitting around that needs to be put away.

I’m less worried about privacy and more worried about my camera being on during a meeting where I am not dressed/disheveled/etc. So I’ve had one of those very tiny camera slidey things and for 3 years it’s never been an issue.
