Re: Foaming handsoap. With the Method soap at Target, you can save a bundle by buying the regular hand soap refills, and then refilling the foaming soap bottle with 1/3 soap, and 2/3 water. You'll get 10+ bottles of foaming hand soap for the price of 1 (or 2 if you count the original bottle).
