Having used both, I’d personally recommend the Gamevice Flex over the backbone. Sticks are better, ergonomics are vastly more comfy, and you don’t have to take your phone case off to use it. At the end of the day though, both are cheaper than this thing is bound to be.

You have to leave the app open and your screen on. It instructs you to keep it plugged in at night, face down next to you on your bed. Its either that or shell out $50 for a Pokemon Go+. Pretty much killed any chance of me using the app to be honest.

Seconded. I really think people were put off by the card mechanics which is a shame because it’s not really a card battler the way they think it is. If anything the cards are just skills by a different name.
Anybody who played like 3 months after launch thinks it was a pretty fun game.
