From what I gather it’s only really a mess if you save scum (I don’t) or if you don’t have the PS4 version on an external drive (I do). And that second one comes down to Sony’s decision to release a next gen console with only like 620GB of useable storage.

It’s an exclusive club patronized by only the elitest of elites.

God, I love the actual fighting. So much. But then, you know, all that stuff...

I really foolishly hoped that after Itagaki left Team Ninja they’d scale it back some. And then the exact opposite happened. Me, the foolish fool who hopes.

The local multiplayer mode in Zombie U was a get-together staple for my crew.

I bought one at launch as well, pre-ordered and everything. I regret nothing. The library was sparse but it still had some of the most unique experiences in recentish memory. And I’ll defend the DK’s Crash Course mode in Nintendo land until my dying breath.

Meant to reply way sooner but forgot. So...sorry. lol.

I’m actually okay with this. The game is fun enough to pop on here and again for a few matches. So at least it won’t die completely. It was never going to set the world on fire.

Small annoyance but yeah. They never link to the Kickstarters. C’mon, Plunkett!

Or the same level of arrogance that they themselves did with the early days of PS3.

“My tool, D2ROffline, was originally designed to just bypass integrity checks that are part of the anti-cheating to prevent patching the client,” Belgian programmer Ferib Hellscream”

That’s the impression that it gave me since it was first shown. I've never been able to muster up any real excitement for this and the reviews aren't helping.

Could have donated to like Goodwill or something instead. Better for the environment, at the very least.

Eh, I’m tentatively okay with it. Not like Overwatch hasn’t seen plenty of significant changes since launch already so if this sucks who’s to say it won’t get changed back.

I don't. 30+ years of playing games the good old fashioned way have me trained. I always manual save and close the game and I don't see that changing. Less convenient? Sure. But I really don't feel all that inconvenienced.

I might make different choices here and there but I have a personal “canon” Shepard. And none of them involve saving Ashley's racist ass. That's the only constant.

Yeah, same. The official soundtrack for the game is by no means bad, but there was something special about finding just the right track for the pre-battle map previews. On a related note I’m also sad that the re-release didn’t make any kind of impact.

Absolutely! I miss this integration. Now it's just your music playing over the game and it's not the same magic.

Oh, you best believe I did this specifically for Phantom Dust and GTAV. I actually really miss the way custom tracks were integrated into games that supported it on the original Xbox. Having Spotify running in the background just isn’t the same.

Let’s not forget how he literally stapled his left arm back on in RE7 and it just works right after like nothing happened. These games are really something else.

I got lucky in a recent Newegg Shuffle and got my hands on a PS5. Haven’t had any issues with any other games but I tried to play Wreckfest today and it totally crashed my damn system. The instant I hit X on “multiplayer” in the main menu it froze and I couldn’t even hit the PS button to go home and close the game.
