you have no idea what you are talking about. Some speedbumps are put in WRONG, they can be made to high and cause issues for most cars. My thinking is this guy wouldnt go through all this if there wasnt something WRONG with the speedbump. Not all speedbumps are the same. Some are fine, some are halfass.

huh? PC prices have remained stable and you can get a decent gaming pc for 1000 bucks. You can get chromebooks for 200 for browsing the web. Component prices havent really effected prebuilt pcs that much
