F1 would be profitable if technology that’s used in F1 applied (better) to everyday cars. Tire manufacturers are bitching that they can’t pull enough data from F1 to use for their road tires, and let’s be honest most of the technology is so restricted that you can’t innovate and the trickle down effect starts to die.
