I am struggling to really grasp the intrinsic value of NFT’s. I see differing opinions on whether ownership of an NFT is analogous to ownership of the actual intellectual property rights. I don’t get it, if the underlying technology is totally unregulated, then how is any sense of ownership actually enforce-able?

I wasn’t sure because I see the same omission elsewhere, so I figured I’d ask. Another responded philipjphry below said it was an ohio/PA colloquialism which is at least plausible. I was just curious :)
