I opened this hoping this video would be in the comments. The “wiping a marker” is glorious.

Smarter IT guy “I’ll get us set up to produce and sell NFT’s, but I want 10% of the profit as a bonus for transporting the company onto the blockchain”

At some level it should change the resistance, but the airtag is so small that I don’t think there’s room on board for electronics to monitor that. That, and it would hit battery life to process that data.

The missing dog issue aside - she is tracking someone without permission. Her reason doesn’t really matter, that’s for the courts to sort out - but she is tracking someone’s location without their knowledge with the intent to take something from them. That’s exactly the issue. Replace “dog” with “child” in this

More of a steam link sized steam box. Nothing crazy powerful, but a standalone device.

I love that you can make your all american burger muy caliente lol

Im surprised nobody’s joined the convoy, only to randomly just stop their car to disrupt it. “Oops I ran out of gas” “oops car broke down” - whatever, just break the convoy up into smaller chunks. These are people that only feel comfortable acting out in a big group - break up that big group and they shrivel up and

Isn’t it just another rehash of the Z, again, with a different powertrain?

lol the oil change guys always harass me about my oil changes, but because I do it at 3000-3500 when the manual says 7500. It’s turbocharged, tuned, and I beat the shit out of it - and oil’s cheap. I told them to feel free to grab what comes out and use it in their own cars if they want, but oil changes are cheaper

Jay is so much funnier than I think he ever gets credit for :)

You could just never connect to the network, but I would imagine it’s only a matter of time before they start refusing certain functionality if you don’t connect to the internet.

Yeah, but the GPU is still significantly faster than an equivalent intel NUC. I can get a ryzen nuc sized computer, but they’re all 500-600 bucks or so. For the retail price of the steam deck I might just buy one to keep hooked up to the tv like I do the switch. Mostly game streaming and stuff, but with the ability to

Oh I had one, it was glorious for what it was. Such a clean simple device. The apps all work pretty well, but that original steam link was tough to beat. What I want is something the size of an AppleTV with an embedded ryzen. No crazy gpu, but running modern games at 720p, with a faster gpu for doing game streaming at

Man if they could cram those guts into a more modern steam link for 200-250, sign me up.

Yeah I already have a Nuc, but I’d like to be able to do a little more on the Nuc. I know I can get a ryzen APU the same size as a Nuc for ~500-600 bucks, but those are kinda overkill vs. the little apu in the steam deck.

“I don’t think this is the right everything for that discussion” - I dunno.. it kinda works lol

I wish they’d just sell the guts as a little appletv sized box I could hook up to my tv to play games and stuff. I have a NUC doing it now, but something with more gpu oomph would be nice. For the price of the steam deck, if you removed the battery, charging system, screen, and built in controllers and stuff it should

It doesn’t fit with the look of the cars though. They’ve worked hard for nice, curved sheet metal, then they have the chunky angular blob of a logo. Needs to be thinner, or just... different. New logo definitely Killed In Action.

Yeah, I have a NUC set up doing xbox gamepass and steam streaming from a rack-mount headless gaming pc in the garage server rack. Works great, would love to add sony!
