spare tire, the sunroof/sunroof storage spot, and usually a ton of dead wasps that get wedged in if they make it past the radiator ;)

v8 archie v8 swap, and might as well do the chop top lay-back of the windshield while you’re at it :)

While I don’t especially like Zimmers, I like that they exist. Someone out there thinks that this thing is the absolute greatest thing ever (I mean, people bought them, they sold, so more were made right?) and I am glad for them.

build a sterling kit car, its just a bug :D

This is exciting - during covid both of my parents experienced kidney failure :( (yay, survive cancer only to have the chemo kill your kidneys). I hope this pans out to something while they’re still around.

If I could just get MS gamepass, and a Sony gamepass equivalent... and run them on my media center NUC, then woohoo! I don’t care enough about flat gaming to buy any of the newer consoles, but if it was 20 bucks a month to play unlimited games, that’d be cool. I want to try the last of us games, and a couple of other

I guess as long as it’s new construction, on buildings designed to accommodate the weight.

Well microsoft *is* going to a services based model across a lot of their IP licensing, so maybe their end goal is an “in” to get gamepass onto playstations.

Now playing

Kinda reminds me of Hank Hill’s stance on Christian Rock lol

I dunno, I guess I’m kinda ok with it on the veloster because you can turn it on and off. I would have a bigger issue with it if it was always on. At least, if it’s a car I’m driving. Heck, they could fake the crackles, tbh. Screw fake engine noise, just use the stereo rear speakers to fake a little crackling on

I just wonder what the Type R is going to transform into when the autobots get here

It’s kinda fun when its legit, but the programmed pops and crackles are kinda bleh. I think Fiat did it well with the 500 Abarth - only a perfect shift would result in a pop or some crackles... though the automatics in sport mode would do it on every up/down shift, it made it feel kinda robotic.

Yeah, this - I guess 8 apps is all we’re allowed to install? Give it a micro SD slot, or more internal memory, or *something*.

the single best change I made on my google stick was turning on “apps only mode” - immediately more useful, with less algorithmic recommendations or “resume” lists and so on.

Having read all the books, I think the next couple seasons would’ve really ratcheted up the SFX budgets. I kinda get why they stopped where they did, but I almost anticipate either follow-up movies, or maybe an animated version of the last couple seasons.

lol on the bag ban - where am I supposed to get bags for my bathroom trash cans now?? :P

lol I have done this for years with a length of paracord, carabiner on one end and a squeeze clip on the other. I actually have a few of them, the carabiner goes around the post the headrest mounts to and the clip goes on whatever is sitting on my passenger seat.

I wish they could do tips on cards - at least here they can’t :(

No they weren’t cheap ones they were all full spectrum, I had a lighting vendor come through and replace all the fixtures, recessed lights, stuff like that during a remodel. I wanted the same spectrum(ish) that I have for photography lights. I’ve always been this way with LED lighting. I’ve always had a “twilight”

Don’t need to re-do what they already did perfectly :P
