I don’t know if this counts, but... I visited someone out of state and it turned out they had bedbugs. I woke up covered head to toe in painful bites that left ridiculous scars all over me. I couldn’t sleep well for almost a year afterwards and burned all the clothes in my suitcase at their place in their outdoor

I want to find a 7-8 gal tank for my wife’s ninja 250 lol - the range.. the raaaaaaange!

I commuted by bike a lot so I had a KLR that I added a desert tank to.. I think it was 7 gallons? WAAAY heavy when full, but for socal hiway use? Freaking amazing. On a trip my butt usually wore out before my fuel did :D

I asked my neighbor about it, he commutes on his and has to fill up every day. My question “You seriously have to fill up daily??” - he looks at me... takes a moment... and says “F**king worth it man”.

hehe try a vmax - ridiculous acceleration, but filling up after ~80ish miles lol

::checking craigslist for an AMC eagle wagon::

Well come on, if you look at ‘murica like a fried egg, the Demon is definitely for the “yolk”.

AMC Eagle - it’s most of the way there already!

When I had a VW golf advertised as “xx% quieter than the last generation”, tire noise and every little tick and squeak bothered the heck out of me. Then I bought a fiat 500 abarth. There might be squeaks and rattles, but all I can hear is exhaust and fwshhhhhhh pop fwshhhhhh pop (Spool, backfire, spool, backfire)

the fiat dealership i take my abarth to has a whole lot of orange ev’s for $49/month

muahahahaha! :strokes moustache: this is what it’s like to be a villain!

Fz8's pretty sweet. Have you ever tried an Sv650 or Sv1000? There’s nothing like those vtwins, and torque is abundant :D - I don’t think either will push quite as hard on the top end though... I miss riding - had a carpal tunnel surgery go sideways so I’m stuck on 4 wheels (I decided this when my hand kept slipping

I am definitely adding sentient hoagie to my lexicon of insults.

every time I See a clownshoe bmw they remind me of the car from Ace and Gary haha - “Shoot them with soothing balls of heat, ace!”

I absolutely adore the carbed ones, 2005-older - have owned several, current one a little over 85k miles still running smooth and quick. It’s basically an upright R1. The newer EFI models... not nearly as comfortable, but more sporty. Small gas tanks, and the early efi models had a weird feel to the injection, like

Yeah I get like that when I haven’t ridden for a while and jump on my FZ1 lol - I’m back in town from work, maaaaaaybe I should take the ninja 250 to work today lol

330k on one nissan maxima, a 1996 (though the trans never lasted over 60k without a rebuild) and my 1995 went 240k (same trans issues). I love the VQ engines, but those autos man... blech. I got ‘em as comfy freeway commuters for 150mi/day commute, manual trans cost a lot more when I purchased them. Lots of

In all seriousness, after swapping a v8 into a fiero and deciding the AC, etc. “wasn’t worth it” (gimme a break, I did a v8 fiero swap in highschool, I just wanted to get vrooming) I had a big gulp cup that I’d stick out the window or sunroof to direct air in. With the windows down, no air came in on the freeway. That

Back in my day we used a big gulp cup and a length of garden hose! You attach the hose to a hole in the bottom of the big gulp cup. Garden hose goes in the leg of your shorts, the bug gulp cup goes out the window. Fresh, breezy balls!
