1. It’s the performance delta between good and bad players, coupled with bringing them into competitive mode. Some people are INSANE about their comp ratings.

A big part of it is probably the delta between good and bad. Some characters, i.e.... Pharah - a bad Pharah can still get some work done, but a bad widowmaker or Hanzo is just occupying space. If someone brings a bad healer, well, they’re still healing, right? Though some of the people complaining are probably waiting…
