People should watch both OVAs of Animation Runner Kuromi. It's a pretty good summary of the sort of BS and shortcuts that go into making anime. The 2nd OVA covers the BS that happens when a studio takes on more than it can chew.

Um, I still got 10 green engrams, 4 blue engrams, and 1 purple engram. Was just doing it about 5 hours ago. Was at level 23 and did it at level 9 Hard. I think I did it for about half an hour.
