I actually haven’t the slightest idea how Miles Morales got his powers, so I agree with this sarcastic comment in a non-sarcastic way.

Just a further note: It’s easy to miss that the writers are showing how terrible Rory is becoming because they still write her as a charming character, even as she’s doing things that she obviously knows are wrong. I think that’s fair, both because it keeps the show entertaining without getting too maudlin and because

I loved Iris being annoyed that Oliver & Felicity sent them a coffeemaker—even though that wasn’t on the registry list—and Barry putting it on the return pile. (I guess Iris is over her crush on Oliver).

That’s terrible.

Outrage or mild annoyance? People are allowed to complain about things that don’t bother you.

Thawne: I wonder whose face I’ll be wearing when next we meet?

They got me at the death, at the breaking the news... then when I thought I was ok they got me again at the funeral!

More the people who unironically call themselves white nationalists, and march around synagogues shouting “Sieg Heil!” and so on.

I held it together all through Stein’s death, and everyone’s reaction to it, but when Jax went to break the news to Clarissa and Lily that wrecked me.

I’m not sure what everyone has been complaining about - I thoroughly enjoyed this Justice League movie.

THANK YOU for finally abandoning the conceit that this is “not a regular episode” that the three other reviewers used as an excuse for knocking off points.

I expect it’ll get some hate but I really liked the whole double wedding at the end. Nice to see their relationships bought full circle from that 1st crossover where Oliver told Barry that guys like him don’t get the girl. THEY DID.

OMG enough with the complaining about how all these episodes aren’t like normal episodes of their perspective shows, already! Sheesh. You critic folks have been the biggest buzzkills about this event.

Also a sort of “gay second adolescence” can be a very real thing. Alex herself has said she never really had any relationships before Maggie.

Though she is kind of a twelve year old emotionally, so it makes sense.

I don’t know--wasn’t Thor 2's box office disappointing (you know, just like the movie)?  I think they needed the Hulk reveal to get butts in seats, frankly.

Totally agree--the Hulk reveal is easily the best part of the trailer.  Honestly after the first two Thor’s I think they needed something like that to insure people were interested.  The best parts of the Hulk aren’t in the trailer anyway, so it was a really smart choice on their part.

I don’t understand the “don’t show Hulk” argument. I guarantee that a ton of people went to see Thor 3 based on the Thor/Hulk fight in the trailer, and that “He’s a friend from work” line really helped. On the flip side, DC decided to not show Superman in their ads for Justice League, and you know they regret it now.

The Last Jedi, speaking of which, is not among the 10 movies singled out below.”

Now playing

Sneaky Immigrant Song intro, Mjolnir shattered, Hulk, Thor’s reaction to Hulk. There has never been a better trailer.
