The Penguin in Returns is all Burton. Admittedly he's more of a mob boss with an inferiority complex in the comics, not the depraved grotesque circus-themed maniac he was in the movie…

But she's Number 1!

My favorite part about the giant rubber ducky prop is that it's part of a movie that includes molestation, attempted infanticide and our hero gleefully killing people.

I understand that Gemma Chan has been in a shit ton of stuff, but to me she'll always be The Girl From Exam Who Gets Disqualified Almost Immediately And Has Like Three Lines

I love how in the climax he has about ten different evil schemes that Batman thwarts instantly.

I would normally agree with you about the musical specials, but this year NBC is doing Hairpsray with Kristin Chenoweth and Harvey Fierstein, so…

It is a well known fact that any movie that lacks Mads Mikkelsen can only be improved with the addition of Mads Mikkelsen.

The show could be as bright as often as it could be dark, and for every ending that was dark and misanthropic, there was an ending full of hope and love.

Everyone keeps talking about this ninth season. It's just a hoax, guys!

I liked the part where Batman disappears for long stretches of the movie so we could watch Michelle Pfeiffer and Danny DeVito try to eat all the scenery.

Thanks to my dad overplaying R.E.M.'s greatest hits throughout the early years of my childhood, the level of annoyance I felt would actually remain pretty consistent.

So wait- how do you pronounce "Don Juan"?

This guy.

Honestly, as long as Season 4 gets made in some capacity, I don't really mind the cancellation.

I personally think a big reason the revivals tend to shoot themselves in the foot is that they seem to have a limited view of what the show actually is- Sci-fi stories with ironic twists that teach a message.

I know they won't do it, but I actually would love it if the creative team behind Hannibal just straight up did The Silence of the Lambs as a movie, just so we could watch the ensuing awesomeness on the big screen.

If I ever get the clout to do such things, I would actually love to have a proper go at a Twilight Zone revival, but with the added benefit of it being… you know… good.

Well I absolutely sucked tonight, although my brother did get Final Jeopardy.

Merry Post-Thanksgiving, Debate Club! Sorry, I was away so long, I was busy watching the Gilmore Girls revival (great) and seeing acclaimed family movies like Paddington and Moana (also great).
