Ok, what she said and their brand of racist humor is awful. But what you said is also awful.

But it's not a dichotomy. It's not hitting or shouting... Both of those can have negative impacts on children. Time outs, adding and removing privileges, and lots of other disciplinary methods are more effective and less likely to result in abuse.

The American Association of Pediatrics recommends against it. The American Psychological Association recommends against it. It has been shown in study after study to be ineffective and risky.

Idk if we're supposed to be offended, but I never like it when penis-sucking is used as a humiliation thing or a joke thing. Penis-sucking is a valid part of so many people's sex lives... It's a bit dehumanizing to people who suck penises, usually straight women and LGBTQ-identified folks.

True. But her FB messages with him where he agreed to do it probably wouldn't be, yeah? She messaged him telling him his options. It is possible that in the messages exchanged he apologized for what he did to her, including admitting that he did it.

That's what I would do. By agreeing to do this, he's pretty much admitting to the crime, so it should actually be easier to press charges.
