YAASSSSSSSSSSS!!!

PEAK into?

Lol. I’m not missing anything. Thank you for your concern.
It was an honest question to a comment that seemed incredibly judgmental that anyone should *enjoy* how they feel when they drink alcohol.

Eh, this sounds a tad sanctimonious. Having a couple of drinks every now and then and getting a little buzz can also fall well inside the boundaries of “harmless fun”. There is a really broad spectrum here. And when you talk about not ever drinking more than thimbleful because it ‘may harm your health down the line’?

Serious question: If one is not “drinking enough alcohol to notice its effects” then why is one imbibing at all? A huge percentage of the population drinks every single day - not to the point of getting shitfaced drunk, but certainly to the point of *feeling its effects*. Whether that’s just one glass to ‘take the

He’s still trying to make the cool guys laugh.

Finding out Grace was married to Michael Chow has blown my mind. That’s all.

Agree! I have sadly not experienced their actual store, but have ordered online several times and they pack everything so nicely - with beautiful wrap and ribbon even if it’s not a gift - and hand-written thank you cards. Love them.

Looks and voice aside, why is it considered cute/attractive to talk about your mate like they’re *so far* out of your league? It’s not funny. Maybe if he had said it once, as a sort of wink at how hot he thinks she is, but for this to be what he says at every single interview is pathetic.

...playing the nostalgia card with millennials, most of whom grew up meticulously decorating their caboodles in the golden age of stickers from Lisa Frank and Happy Bunny.”

1,000 times yes.

A few years ago I was following the saga of a friend of a friend on FB...she was carrying a laundry basket down the stairs and tripped and fell...and in a perfect storm of awfulness, she landed full-force on her face on uncarpeted stairs, having not let go of the basket to break her fall. She suffered a traumatic

I hope you’re doing better and I really appreciate your comment. Some of my *darkest* episodes have only been survived by putting some bullshit. fluff, escapist tv (not saying that’s what this is) on in the background 24/7 for literally weeks at a time. Escapism is ok. It’s necessary. I like your cotton candy comment

I have never even seen this show - I have it in my queue and it’s been highly recommended by people whose opinion I respect, but I’ve found the trailer/ads off-putting for some reason. Anyway, I think what you wrote here is SO well put. Especially the last paragraph.

This made me laugh and you are 1,000% correct. But please - Caltech is always spelled as one word with only the first letter capitalized (strangely). They are one of my firm’s clients and I got REALLY reamed for that a few years ago. Sorry, it just made me shudder...lol

One of my BIGGEST pet peeves in tv/movies is when women have long, luscious locks flowing all over the place when they’re in the middle of defusing a bomb/investigating a crime scene/working in a lab/doing just about anything. The very first thing I do when I’m getting down to business of just about ANY kind is throw

Starred for “burniest”. Do you have one to recommend? The one I use is losing its luster. Even though when I have visitors who use it their eyes open wide and start watering and they ask me wtf my problem is to brush with the stuff.

I didn’t read it that way? I read it as depression is definitely a legitimate excuse, but perhaps the *only* one.

Exactly. I can’t help but be reminded on some level of anti-vaxxers. People’s frigging teeth rotted out of their head in their 40s and 50s prior to good dental hygiene FFS! And I mean like in the 1980s not ONE of my friends’ grandparents had any of their real teeth. And they were only 60-ish. Dentures are so much more

It’s so poorly written. I read it six times and was/am STILL confused.
