Do you ever go to a track day (HPDE) and just hang and drive with the rest of us regular guys? I've seen some Porsche and BMW drivers at Road Atl on occasion. If you come I'll let you drive my car!

I hate bothering celebs, etc and usually do nothing more than nod. I know its tough getting bombarded by fans. What's the best and most polite way for someone to say hi when you are in public without bothering you?

A foam helmet support is not a safety device. It is made for convenience to help support the weight of the helmet. It will not protect your neck at all in a crash.

The helmet is only one aspect. You need some type of HANS to protect your neck and spine. Many drivers are now dead - not because of head trauma - but neck injuries.

I'll be happy to meet you at Road Atlanta - i'm 15 minutes away - and drive that track all the time. And yes - it will compete with Sebring for best track. Shorter but a roller coaster in comparison.

The prosecution will have to prove "Intent". My guess the DA will throw it out. Without that: no case...of course it will cost him time, lawyers and money to defend himself. Which blows. He should think of a counter suit for violation of rights and searching without warrant or probable cause.

I believe Jason is referring to the F-4 which was built without a gun since the USAF believed that all air combat would be at long range via missiles. Many pilots died because of this thinking and eventually a gun was added to later models.
