Sadly, I am not as concerned about the E. Coli as I am about the antibiotic and HGH residues. The E. Coli kills more people in the short term, but other culprits can do untold damage in the near future, and could be doing covert damage right now.

I’m down with that. I’m on a high-protein diet right now, but for all the rest of my adult life I rarely ate more then 2 ounces at a time, and usually only once a day. I did not feel deprived.
