Seriously. The Pomeranian story is only the beginning of the wackiness, and it sets the tone SO perfectly.
Lack of sustenance, usually. Or death. Death usually helps.
Because the 3DS has a profitable install base, and there's no need to kick a dead Wii U horse. The aim is to momentarily put up the perception that the XB1 won't have as many games, a goal that has value because the XB1 needs momentum now, especially since they're falling behind.
Good thing Doom isn't a new video game.
What? The Marine armor was a radical gaming milestone, where it proved that men could utilize the "less-is-more" concept of female armor. Exposed midriff = +50 armor.
I take some of the visuals for granted because it all tends to move fast, become blindingly bright, and simply blur by, but these still shots look so good it almost hurts.
I'll give you that. I can only say these things because I wouldn't get fired for it. I think.
Yeah, the "based directly on the specific movie" part makes this different from your first example. And actually, to this day, I can't look at the font for Spider Man movies without seeing the font for "PlayStation 3" on the side of the old fatty consoles and the heavy co-dependent marketing push for the two. Spider…
Sorry, I don't want to disrespect you with a copy and paste from another post, but I gotta get to work...
In a generation where the two platforms are so perfectly similar that multi-plat is the status quo, having something "exclusive" to one platform within that generation stands out and makes news (which is why this article even exists). Early on in a console war, the battle for install base is critical, and every…
Perhaps, but it's also not a far cry from what I've already seen. I can only speculate about things I don't fear NDAs about.
In corporate bargaining, you take what you can get. Sony would want to put MS at a disadvantage without sacrificing the revenue. Knee-capping the XB1 version is a higher profile move than nixing the 360 version, and the 360's larger install base would still guarantee decent sales. It's a fair balance, and it makes…
Maybe there are technical reasons for the delay. Maybe it's political. Maybe the folks behind the game just didn't have time to finish the Xbox One version. Whatever the explanation, it'd be lovely if Activision could talk to their fans like human beings and at least give them some picture of what's going on.
For me it was two things. 1.) The abundance of console players made things seem much quieter in chat, and everyone was smothered by spammers, and 2.) I tend to play mostly with people I know IRL, and develop relationships from there out.
I actually just did that right now. Just log into your MogStation account, select the "Upgrade to PS4" promotion, click "next" a few times, and it spits out a code you can redeem in the PSN store. It's pretty easy.
I actually don't have extensive experience. I tend to play with folks I know IRL, and being that most of my friends weren't on, I played solo a lot, and it got real dry, fast. Also, since a lot of players at the time were PS3 people, chat wasn't very lively aside from the usual, brazen spammers. But man, it sure is…
I'm right there with you. I have a PS4 on my desk for... um... research purposes. I think I can do a decent job crafting by ear, between... work... and stuff...
It's a shame Uncle Billy was never blessed by your wisdom.
I can't wait for the breakdancing version.
