Not saying your wrong, but I would put Kristaps, Kemba Walker, and Beal in the conversation if you’re including John Wall and the bums in Toronto.

Pointing out the flawed logic in their reasoning in the small sample sets of data that they cherry pick does help though. Even when they do have facts, it is important to show the ridiculousness of their assumptions from that data.
But they are still held up by the right as the “evidence” that gun laws don’t work. Regional gun laws have a very small effect is the main takeaway (and usually still are pretty loose).
Take them from stalkers and abusers and addicts.
Even the strictest gun laws in the US are not all that strict. Furthermore, state gun laws are only as effective as their neighboring states’ laws. Everyone likes to bring up Chicago’s strict laws, while ignoring the proximity to Indiana or the rest of the Illinois’s laws (same with California and Nevada/Oregon).
Cops should be treated like doctors that have to take out their own malpractice insurance, and once they become too expensive to insure they get cut loose. And allow the lawsuit to go after any officers that were witness to misconduct and either didn’t act or didn’t report it.
I like them as public figures too, but the world does not need more rich, inexperienced white men in power.
Also she cites a famous nazi resistance leader in her twitter bio, defends the man who just met with NK and made immigrant camps a thing again in the US. Because my public school secondary education wasn’t great, I honestly don’t know how this compares to Japanese internment camps, but it’s gotta be close right?
My original post will likely remain in the greys, but I find the religious group of Trump supporters to be the most frustrating. Lynn McHale defends Trump on these camps (and likely supports his friendliness with NK), then cites God and Dietrich Bonhoeffer (famous Nazi resistance leader) in her twitter bio...
Funny that she cites Dietrich Bonhoeffer in her Twitter bio. My catholic liberal arts education is finally becoming useful. I’m now really good at spotting hypocrites...
It sounds like you’re doubting Lebron’s strength... I bet you Lebron with 250 lb. of weight is still more agile than almost any other player with 180 lb. on them. Anyone stronger than Lebron is already considerably slower.
Dany Heatley played in Atlanta when he killed a guy, didn’t come to Texas until last year in the AHL.
So poor sport Rodney Hood not wanting to play at all or TT getting distracted by women in the crowd and lebron realizing that he is better off just putting on a 200 lb. weight vest and playing normal.
Gotta be Lebron base with KD on top. Boogie with Rondo would be fun, but considerably worse. Also could see Lonzo/Lavar combo somehow being ranked higher in the overall NBA picture as a pair than Lonzo on his own now.
My tacoma is the perfect blend for me (towing a small boat, keeping my hockey gear stench out of the cab, 4WD with good all seasons for snow, bed space for tools/supplies/toys) and while the mileage isn’t great, I’d argue that it would be even more wasteful to add a second car to the mix. If I needed more truck…
Say their season ended today and they finished 20-40, then you’re dealing in theoretical games to reach 500 and not the actual games that took place. In all reality, games above/below .500 measured either way is a terrible stat in a sport that does not allow ties, since it is completely meaningless without GP. Win…
But then how do you contextualize wins above .500 for a team at the end of the season? Like the first argument for it being 5, my math major needs the number to have meaning. This is also why a good portion of the sabermetrics hates the use of OPS; while yes it can be a rudimentary indication of whether a player is…
Because there are plenty of races that are about bragging rights (IMSA drag racing for instance) that do not have a big enough following to warrant special attention outside their niche publications. Jalopnik is good at general coverage and grassroots storytelling of unique builds, no reason to deviate from that to…
