Just tell them that they really don't need to stop eating falafel to be patriots. During WWII, Americans didn't give up their sauerkraut. They just renamed it "liberty cabbage" and ate it all day long.

That's not entirely accurate. They probably asked because but Fox and Rousey have moved between the weight classes at different times, both during professional careers (for Rousey) and before (for Fox). So there would be some possibility that the two of them could theoretically meet at some point. That's why she was

Um, it's not the IOC's science:

I'm back! I told my husband his kosher story was such a hit before, he volunteered one even I had no clue about, so here it is:

Except it's junk science. While biological men are noted as having slightly higher bone density than biological women, the difference is negligible and would not cause any noted difference in sporting strength. From an actual sports scientist:

Yeah but then you supported Walmart. Which instantly negates any positive intentions you might have had.

That's a bit short-sighted. Garment work is one of the largest sectors for female employment. Culturally, many jobs can be off-limits to women, but sewing is usually permitted for them. Many of them grow up sewing, so the job is one they already know how to do.

Then why did Rousey respond the way she did? If what you're saying is the case, Rousey never would fight Fox in any capacity simple due to weight rules. That doesn't explain why she went the transphobic route in arguing why she'd never fight Fox.

Uh, look up above you.

They were the same class up until recently.

Um...you missed the point.

My mistake - they've both switched around their weight classes at times. They are not the in same class now, but were up until recently (I was looking at an old article). But Rousey made clear that even when they were in the same weight class, she'd always refuse to fight Fox.

But...but...the bones. She says Fox has a bone structure that makes it unfair for them to fight. Hormones be damned, it's the bones!

They are in the same weight class. They're both bantamweights. They're also nearly identical in size - both 5 ft. 7 and about 140 pounds (Rousey averages 135, Fox average 145). That's why the subject of them fighting comes up a lot.

She said of Fallon Fox, who is a trans woman and MMA fighter:

Eh. I'd have more regard for her if she didn't make transphobic statements.

Monster's Ball was not a BAD film per se. It did deal in some really interesting, heavy themes.

On some weird level, I at least appreciate his honesty. Most rape apologia is not so frank; they tip-toe around stuff like this and try to clean it up with platitudes about "personal responsibility" and "being aware of the character of where you are" and "understanding how men are." This is totally straight shooting.

You seem a bit deflecting.

Then why don't you actually link to something that supports you? I have never heard any reports that Kanye's mother ever left the country for surgery. The fatal operation was done by an American doctor in America. Is there anything to the contrary? If not, then it would appear you were just sort of fronting and can't
