Basically, commenters are taking over the AV Club.

I watched AMC back when Ripa was on it, but I don't remember the "pork chop" thing. Also, TIL that I am the same age as Leslie Jones!

That's the first thing I thought of! It's the modern version of making out during Schindler's List.

I enjoyed Frances Ha despite a rather negative attitude about it going in, but a top 50 comedy? Huh?

My home town is where one of these cases took place when I was in high school. One defendant was convicted, but then it was overturned, though he pleaded guilty to a lesser offense, though there was never any real evidence of wrongdoing. Apparently it all stemmed from a report by the day care about potential abuse by

He was on NPR's "Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me" last week, in fact! Still sharp and funny at 93.

I'm about the same age as Bertinelli, and this was a staple in my house for at least a couple of years. I also once had a memorable nightmare that Schneider grew a bunch of extra legs and was kicking me with them. 30+ years later and I still remember that!

God, I wish that just happened in Portland. I can't get through half a concert anymore without wanting to strangle someone. Usually several people.

Family and friends?

Escanaba area. Your family is near Felch, if I remember right?

Welcome! It is going to be a beautiful weekend up here, weather-wise, anyway!

Our local Yooper parade will have multiple renditions of that horrible song.

Both of these (EFNY & Warriors) movies were staples in the early days of HBO, and as a pre-teen I watched them over and over. I haven't seen either in years, and in my head I've conflated them into one movie about a Kurt Russell being dropped into a future New York to rescue the stranded President, and joining up with

Nothin' but the best!

But don't forget that in contrast to Clark, Aunt Edna considers her sandwich for just a moment, then continues to eat it anyway. Perfect.
