stopped using streaming sites for anime basically the moment I started. I’ve never found any with decent quality video streams.

He may not have used as many words as he could have, but it was still pretty easy to tell what he meant, and he confirmed it himself. There is a phone in this article without 4G, and that is bizarre and worthy of comment. If that’s not enough, a simple confirmation could clear things right up.

if the fellow is posing a question about lack of 4G on a phone, one would normally come to the conclusion that he’s referring to a phone without it, one of which is clearly mentioned in the article...

um, the SJ1.5 is 3G only.

What’s up with orange-pink gradients becoming popular post-Zune?

looks pretty typical of female wrestlers, especially those in Japan. They all look pretty stupid, and that’s sort of half the point.

Oh man now that’s entertaining. For a moment I thought we were in the 90s again.

Eh, I would argue that it’s not quite as simple as that. Yeah, OneDrive is a cloud service that lets you store files in a place other than your hard drive, but that’s only the most basic of descriptions. Where do you take it from there? How do you handle the specifics? How granular do you want your service to be? How

I made no correlation between adoption rate and... well, anything really. It doesn’t imply much of anything other than simple install base. Just simply stating facts. Every company does this, not just MS.

doesn’t really read like an ad, just reads like what it is... MS bragging about the adoption rate, and it is a fact (check stat counters) that win10’s adoption rate has been significantly faster than win7 and 8 combined. And for what it’s worth, surveys so far have been largely positive.

The issue is that the OneDrive situation is a lot more complicated than it might seem.

Surface Pro isn’t yet cleared for the upgrade, due to a faulty wifi driver that causes the exact issue you just described. The Win10 Upgrade systray app should’ve made note of this before you installed it.

It does seem like an incredibly bizarre choice. Either design it such that there’s no hook-lever inside that can snap if you insert the stylus the wrong way, or design the stylus such that it can’t be inserted the wrong way to begin with... either one would’ve seemingly been incredibly easy. Just making the ‘button’

I had to pull an all-nighter last night because this exact thing happened to the VM host on which my company’s mail server VM was running, and rendered windows unbootable. It’s happened to a lot of systems at our business, actually, thanks to common power outages and the maintenance department’s neglect of their

My thoughts exactly! There had to be some inspiration here.

er, it’s quite easy to see it’s not remotely the same board as the note 3, and was posted on ifixit from a teardown video... of what is clearly the Note 5.

ifixit shows a lever switch just above the fellow’s thumb in their teardown photos:
(kinja ate my first reply, sorry if this ends up doubleposting)

checked out iFixit’s teardown, it does indeed appear that they went back to a lever switch.

You spent a lot of words talking about how good it looks, which confused me because this thing looks like a standard fugly tacky Samsung pile of dung. From the ugly not-quite-gold finish to the uncomfortable clash of the curve lines with the trim, down to Samsung trademarks like the huge sore-thumb camera bezel...

ayup. When NGNL was airing and that episode came out, my first thought was “haha omg Gal Gun!”
