The 308's has to be my favorite all time door handle. So simple, elegant, and unobtrusive.
Ferrari 308. As ergonomically effective as it is elegant.
“shows you both the MSRP and the number of vehicles located within a radius that match what you’re selecting”
Slight variation on this: Somebody in advertising told me once that we’ll never see anything like the old VW “Lemon” ads again, because now the average person takes themselves way too seriously to appreciate that sort of humility.
Speak for yourself. I find him to be a loveable old rude bastard, and I would miss his ridiculousness very much. The world needs clowns, and he doesn’t take himself as seriously as you think he does.
Yeah have fun getting your average moron to admit or even understand that issue. If there is one thing covid showed me is that a large amount of our population is missing the critical thinking portion of their mind.
I’m honestly surprised that with the rise in concern for microplastics—and that tires appear to be a major source of them—hasn’t lead to calls for improvements on how we contain them from roads, or reduce them from being generated in the first place. I fully support more EV’s, but the fact they wear out tires faster…
You may think this listing is ridiculous, but I was looking for EXACTLY this type of vehicle during the summer. Manual, AWD, reliable, low mileage, rust free...what more could you ask for?
It’s funny how the BAT effect brings new cars into the “collector” spotlight. They take a chance on a low mile rare condition CRV, people flip out, bid it up, and then 6 more show up. I’m waiting for the next Honda Odyssey to come up after a recent low mile on sold for about $20k.
Ok, but it is a low-mile, not-rusted (read: CLEAN OLD SCHOOL JDM) that looks to be maintained, with a rare-to-find manual transmission. This had to have been the last CR-V generation with 3 pedals. So...It’s probably deserving of whatever bidding price it’s currently sitting on. If I really wanted one of these, I can…
I live in Pittsburgh. We’ve been finding an unsettling number of Alligators in our rivers the past few years.
From my experience it’s mostly not because people are boring, but just that they have no imagination. I had two sales managers that had opposite theories with this. One ordered all black and white cars, assuming if someone wanted a color they could order or we’d trade for one (this was before ordering was really a…
*Dealers shouldn’t be allowed to spec their cars
’m sure it will show up elsewhere here, but I love the Lancia Delta Integrale HF dash. It’s overwrought, but I love it.
Being able to get parts to keep the vehicle on the road...you are exactly right.
Who doesn’t wish other automakers would do the same, and “re issue” some of their old venerable models. Good, basic and cheap is badly needed.
Don’t need the radio, A/C or cruise tbh.
“...with the fleet-like trim of regular cab with the eight-foot bed...”
I can’t be the only one who thinks this is kind of awesome, right? Isn’t this basically peak-Jalop? Buying the cars of yesteryear that we claim to pine for, but also with a warranty?
