I’ve set up different blasters and they all need a LOT of air volume. I used to use a huge blaster to do industrial jobs, so the tiny/weak/useless/cheap stuff that’s available for the home DIY’er don’t cut it. I’m used to shifting about 30+lbs/min of media. I had to strip this pickup truck cab in my back yard without

I saw my first Maverick the other day in a parking lot, not going to lie, I was disappointed. I’ve seen the Santa Cruz and it looks good, the interior looks more upscale and overall the design is different in a good way. The Maverick on the other hand looked cheap inside and out. The guy who was driving it let me look

Think this SWB version of the Buzz is about 20" shorter than the 2022 Honda Odyssey. 185.5" versus 205.2". Appears to be from the picture of the cargo area.

Nothing like “emergency powers” being used to take people’s private property without recourse.

I swapped mine four of five times (lots of gravel or snow/ice covered roads + low fog lights = better buy fog lights in bulk) when I had a SX4 and it usually wasn’t that bad, but it was definitely something you had to set aside an hour for in case something went sideways or the goddamn clips wouldn’t push out.

Yikes. Reminded me when I replaced the spark plugs on a friend’s Pontiac 6000STE. My sister was amazed watching me kneeling on top of the engine while trying to fish the double-jointed socket wrench behind the firewall to get at the back ones.

You poor, poor bastard.

Replacing a fog lamp bulb on a Suzuki SX4 required far more work and parts removal than the task justified. Pennsylvania inspection requires all lights present to be in working order.

I am going to get the Ferrari 512 and the Countach

I’ve been buying and selling $300 kids’ bikes for my kids. Aside from the initial investment, they sell for maybe $50 less than I’ve paid, and often the same, and with a minimum of maintenance they are in the same condition as before, unlike some piece of shit from wal-target-kroger-dicks. Again, it’s expensive to be

More riders obviously means more bike repairs, but the problem is budget bikes are breaking too often too soon and aren’t actually repairable.

That first millimeter of movement is probably like seeing your newborn child for the first time.

My sportwagen TDI is worth over $4K what I paid for it back in 2019, after ~35,000 more miles to boot. Best car I’ve ever owned, a torquey spooli boi that chugs along at 40mpg@78mph, and can swallow a 65" TV, in the box, flat.

I think you did pretty well there! Even before these weird times I’ve seen them go for a lot more than that.

There’s no reason to (at least for the V6). I have a 2014 Q5 Tdi (exact same engine as the Touareg) and there was almost no discernible change in performance or efficiency before and after the fix. I still get over 30 mpg on the highway and it still hauls ass off the line.

Comedy is lost on you heathens.

Forgive me, but it has to be said: 1st generation V8 Panameras are available at this price point now. I say this as someone who has only very recently stopped hating these cars with all of the passion in my heart.

This might be one of the best unexpected things written here in a while.

Its hard to get anything done in Congress when the other 50 aren’t interested in working with you. Kinda derails the whole bi-partisanship workings of Congress when the other party exists to stop you in your tracks in the best of times.

Pure cringe. Good on her for not saying “what the fuck did you just ask me”
