Yeah, you’re right. I don’t know where I got 2 inches. 20 inches is a lot.

Assuming they fix the infotainment issues and Honda doesn’t come out with an all-electric or plug-in hybrid Odyssey, me. This would be a direct replacement for our current one.

This thing isn’t that small. In SWB format, it’s only 2 inches overall shorter than an Odyssey and about an inch or less narrower. The LWB will

Thank you for your empathy.

The van, otherwise, was pretty awesome for what it was. The motor was way too much for a floaty box on donuts and it was the perfect mountain biking transport rig.

It served me well for almost three years before the automatic transmission controller finally went out on it.

I had one of these and considered doing LEDs for fogs. The procedure disabused me of the notion that it would be a worthwhile upgrade.

About 10 years ago, I bought a 1992 Caravan with 100k miles for $100 as a daily beater to replace my totaled 1992 RWD 5-speed Geo Tracker (RIP most fun car ever). It of course needed trans mounts, shocks, and a few other worn out pieces replaced.

Those were easy. Not easy? The tune up. Getting to the rear plugs on the

Right on. It’s also one thing if it’s just a crappy shifter or something which fails and needs to be repaired versus “snapped crank arms” or “broken forks” which can, and often do, lead to serious injury.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, biking is an inherently dangerous activity, people get hurt, stop raising sissies, blah blah

Thanks, I think so too. It was a lucky find on one of those used car lots in Milwaukee: under 100k miles, just had the diesel recall work done, and very well cared for.

We use the heck out of it in the summer. It’s a great camping/glamping platform.

I wouldn’t pay this, but the $13k I paid for my 2011 Touareg TDI Sport two summers ago feels like a steal. This thing kicks ass and I’d take a newer one over just about any other SUV out there.

Same here. 2011 Touareg TDI sport and the only thing I did was a transmission controller tune which essentially just put the Cayenne TDI mapping in place of the Toureg’s, and that rocks. I’ve considered an APR Stage 1 tune, but a full on reversal of the emissions equipment isn’t worth it. This thing is crazy good

My local Ford dealership has one on the showroom floor and it can be yours for as little as MSRP + $85,000 ‘market adjustment.’

It’s aged super well. When I got to drive one I thought I’d hate it. I actually loved it.

I should have been more clear: I’m endorsing the 3.0 V6 TDi.

I like the Cayenne Turbo but for towing, the TDi is where it’s at. You don’t have the sub-5 second 0-60 time, but it’s not far off and you can tune it to get it closer for not a lot of money. Good torque, better efficiency for towing especially through the mountains. Get a Touareg instead of the Porsche and you’ll

Got one in green, love it. The kids like it too. Nice work!

From what I gather from the rest of the community, good luck getting a warranty claim actually taken care of even before all of this – it’s heavily dealer and supply dependent.

We got in to an R-Pod early last year just before the market went crazy town. Previous owners bought it brand new, used in the driveway once,

I’m a Porsche fanboy but after tracking one of these a couple of years ago (not a manual, which is okay) I couldn’t agree more. What a car.

I live less than an hour from there and have a friend who works at the Byron Nuke Plant. I’m pissed that I didn’t know this was a thing. Very fun.

The proportions kill what would otherwise have been a much simpler ‘flat’ logo (similar to the 1960 - 1999 one) for the sake of what, things not overlapping?

Circle is too big (radius) compared to weight of the outline compared to the ‘Volvo’ text. The badge on the Recharge is a good example of why the proportions are

Our local recyclers require a receipt for a new cat and ID before they’ll pay out over bulk steel scrap for them.

Per a local ordinance, our metal recyclers require a recent receipt for a new cat or work installing one before they’ll pay out over steel scrap for recycling one. They require an ID for them, too. I’d be curious to know what the outcomes are, though, because neighboring municipalities don’t require the same.
