I read NOT to cut the stem at all. If part of it turns brown, cut off the brown dried out part but leave the rest. My orchid re-flowered from the old stem. Grew new branches at the 4th and 5th nodes

Should I try to “maximize” my score before applying for a home loan? I’m between 785-790 depending on how much I charge in a given month (always paying off the balance).
