Boo to the migraine, but yay the rest!
Boo to the migraine, but yay the rest!
I made mine with chocolate chips *drool* It's a weird recipe (uses chickpeas instead of flour) but I love the way it comes out and the whole recipe is like 800 calories. Nom nom.
I for one love the sweaters! I like to wear bright colors and love contrast — for example, my favorite outfit is my royal/electric blue dress (which actually came with a skinny green belt) with black tights and red fuzzy boots. I always get complimented, but this year some particularly obnoxious students were like,…
Still more productive than me! But yeah, there's not a snowball's chance in Hell (heh) that I'm going out in this weather. Nope.
The snow has made me incredibly lazy. I decorated my pathetically small Christmas tree and have spent the rest of the day doing absolutely nothing. And I have so much to do. But I don't want to because it's cold. I'm under a blanket but it's not helping. How is it possible for my toes to be both sweaty AND…
I actually like the Special K chocolate cereal, but then I discovered Fiber One's 90 calorie chocolate cereal. Lower in calories, full of fiber, and makes delicious chocolate milk. So expensive that I only get it occasionally and mix it with my plain bran flakes (because I'm an old lady who eats plain bran flakes…
Honestly I thought it was a terrible movie (bad acting, bad script), but I can't lie — I still enjoyed it in the theater. Dat CG, man.
Hey! I made split pea soup too! Not yellow — can peas be yellow?!?! — but plain old split pea soup. Yum!
Finishing my paper (and my finishing I mean scrambling to add as much as I can before going back to work tomorrow) and simultaneously churning out mini cupcakes for my work holiday treat day tomorrow (each department provides treats for a different day in the two weeks leading up to Christmas break). I made a new…
Leonardo from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I wanted to marry him and kissed my poster good night every night when I was like... 5.
There are a couple earworms, but yeah, on the whole I think you're right.
I should channel my 15 year old self and start a boyband newsletter — 'zine', as we called 'em in the olden days of the interwebs!
I was going to tell you you were being too harsh, but then I heard their second performance and wow, you're right. I retract my original state of "they're not bad singers" because 4/5 of them are. Harry Styles is the only one who I thought sang well (and coincidentally is the only one whose name I know). The blond…
As something of a boyband connoisseur (LOL), I find One Direction to be sadly lacking something. They're not bad singers. Some of their songs are catchy. But I'm not sure what it is. Charisma? A regular hygiene regimen (seriously they need to wash their hair)?
BSB 4ever! (seriously their new song Show Em What You're Made Of is my current obsession)
Ugh, 1.5 space?! That's not even cool! But at least you're in the home stretch! I keep going back over and revising mine, but unfortunately it hasn't added much length as of yet... sigh.
In theory I agree, but I can't imagine the prof would be happy with something so much shorter than expectations. I'm honestly aiming for 10 solid pages. If I can make it there with minimal stretching, it'll be a victory!
OMG this is me. I'm so tired after work that I just open my docs and stare at them. Bad bad bad.
Ooh that's an idea! Thanks!
