It’s worse with the sound on really

Thank you for posting that, I hadn’t read it before.

I know what you mean, the little things like a slightly different custom do seem more out of place sometimes.

Oh! Idk, maybe we never got over how cool (heh) refrigeration is? When I was a kid I didn’t like cold water, but now I do. Especially in the summer. Not sure why that’s the norm here.

Because I like cold drinks. What would make a drink “need” ice other than wanting it to be cold? What a weird question.

This reminds me of when I was 10 and used to play school with my neighbor and I’d give her “homework” and “tests”. Because its childish, meaningless, and not at all impactful on the future*.

The biggest difference I saw visiting Europe (I was in Spain, specifically) was the lack of ice cubes in drinks. There would either be a few floating around or none at all. I need me some frozen water!

That’s really not a difficult meal to make though... Maybe if you have a picky eater on your hands it’s a bigger pain, but it’s really not that hard to prepare 3 things in a meal. Even for lunch. I mean, give the kid a tuna sandwich and some carrots and you hit your goal. Idk maybe it’s cuz I’m diabetic and that’s how

Are you sure it’s not the caffeine making you anxious? If I have too much caffeine on an empty stomach I get the same way.

https://www.hydroflask.com I swear by this water bottle. I balked at the price but this shit will keep your water icy cold in your hot car for 8 hours on an 80 degree day. I bought one because I drive for work and didn’t have air conditioning in my car when I started the job. This shit kept me sane on hot humid days.

I bought a $5 glass water bottle at Ross a couple of weeks ago. It came with a coozie around it so I’m not worried about it breaking. You can find inexpensive “environmentally friendly” water bottles lots of places. Idk if the kids are allowed to have glass containers in school though.

Also, call me crazy, but it’s good to have a president who knows how Washington/legislative and judicial processes work. Trump does not.

Hiding a (non-existent) chub

I wondered that too...

I have a 2012 Honda CR-V and I really like it. Had a 2000 civic before. The CR-V is so much better to see out of and does well in the snow. I’m short but my fiance is 6 feet tall and drives it comfortably. I feel like there’s more of a blind spot then my Civic had but it’s not too bad. I used to drive my exes Prius on

I just sifted though 5 or so grammar websites and they all said it’s “a historic” because the h is pronounced/not a vowel sound.

Oh this is excellent

Right on!

Oooh smart!
