Medical Loss Ratio Rebates, if your health insurance doesn’t spend 80% on actual health care costs they have to refund a portion back to the insured. I actually qualified for one a few years ago, but I didn’t get anything back because my employer at the time paid 100% of my insurance so they got the refund.

It’s not about generational wealth anymore in much of the country. It’s about businesses buying up houses to rent them out, the more they buy to rent out, the more they CAN buy up to rent out. And AirBnb isn’t helping, it’s creating small businesses that buy up houses to rent out so they can afford to buy more houses

The non-existent one the Simpsons live in.

Yeah, kids riding an ebike with a foot of snow on the ground and traffic going between 40pmh and 60mph just feet away. Makes perfect fucking sense.

I’ll be at the stadium, but not for a game.

AirBnB owners are one of the driving forces of housing market inflation.  Houses are for living, not investments.

The finest pignorance that low IQ tests can buy.

Lucidicrous?

Next time I’m in San Francisco I definitely want a pic with Nelson’s Ha-Ha captioned as I point at Xitter’s building.

Aw nuts, was going to be in Seattle in two weeks, wanted to see the dumpster before it caught fire.

lol no.  Yamaha does not have an EV, it has scooters and bikes, which are completely out of the question as a primary mode of transportation, especially during a snowy winter.

We need more of these fines, and they should be multiplied by ten, maybe even 100 in the most egregious cases.  Lifetime bans on flying, too.

He has mentioned both possibilities, but it’s entirely likely that both are just complete and utter bullshit.

That’s about what I paid for a ‘91 Suzuki Sidekick in ‘95.  Absolutely ND.

I think the audience for those things is mostly carheads.

Do you enjoy the jolt of coming to a complete stop?”

Towing dollies don’t work?

As much of a pain in the ass it was to get that SVO repaired, I still miss that car.  My ‘84 was nimble, fast, and fun to drive.  Only car I was able to get to slide on the rear tires in a turn, only car I was able to get to 140mph in the mid 90s at 2am, only car that took me 1 hour 45 minutes to make a 3 hour round
