Maybe we don’t need to drop out little darlings off directly at the school’s door. I get that not every family lives where it’s possible for them to get their kids to school on foot or bike, where school bus service (for public schools) might be inconvenient, and that some kids are a little young to send them on…

Yeah if their kid doesn’t show up within the 5 minutes they’re allowed to wait, just drive around the block and try again.

I was going to almost partly side with the parents, but really it’s not a problem the city made. It’s a problem the schools made by not setting up the school with an addequate way for parents to drop off. Whether that’s a public school system issue or private schools, I don’t know.

As a French company, why make a fart joke in English? 4 is “quatre” in French, and that’s about the extent of my French language skills (my mother would be so disappointed), but surely there are puns to be made with that instead of “four.”

Unlikely assumption. Back in the 1950s, civic activists called for public racetracks to be built in more areas, claiming that the hot rodders who competed illegally on the street would cease this activity if they were granted access to a place where they could do it legally. You can guess how effective that was.
