There was a time many years ago when I would have been very upset about this.

It's not the material, its the stupid screw ring around the outside rim. Mason jars are awkward to drink out of and you're always banging your teeth against the screw ring. Try it sometime.

That's got to be the problem with using nostalgia to sell a 30 year old JRPG series right? The people who remember the series from back in the day are like, "that's cool, but no way do I have time to take this on right now".

Ok guys, I played Dragon Warrior 1 as a kid and tapped out.

Me too, I didn't pick them back up again until Chrono Trigger rolled around.

Cool 3d World's "The Bottle" is an all-timer.

Same here, I even poked a hole in a piece of paper to cover all but a small part of the pic. It still looks red as hell to me.

He's also a holdover from the era of "bad" TV when we're in the era of "good" (or at least better) TV.
