GWAR always reminds me of my teenage years in the mid 90s.  Taking long L rides into the city to shady all ages venues not even knowing what band would play that night.  Saw GWAR like that one night, not sure if they were the featured band or they just did a suprise set but it was awesome.   I think I saw Wesley

Yep, this is completely awesome. AVC is officially back, baby!

Really, only the Atlanta MLB team should be allowed to do this.

Now playing

We need Enrico Pallazzo now more than ever!

That's part of his bit. In the Discworld novel, Death always speaks in all caps.

I suppose it’s probably best given the state of the world these days that the REM pick wasn’t “It’s the End of the World as We Know It (And I Feel Fine)“.

Nice song list AV Club and congrats on the Editor-in-Chief job, Ms. Chavez. The St. Joe Strummer line in “Constructive Summer” rang pretty true for me when the record came out. I’m looking forward to seeing who sings it. Also, if GWAR covered “Naked as We Came,” that would be pretty funny.

We haven’t progressed that far, as Anna Gunn can tell you.

All that is true, but my 65", 5.1 surround setup still isn’t as good as a theater.

You have a right to your opinion. This is even an opinion I share. But I also recognize that there are plenty of people for which this isn’t true, for a variety of reasons. They don’t love it the way we do. They may have less disposable

His act is Tim Allen on actual steroids

Everyone really shits on Secret Invasion but it was appointment TV for me.  Every week I knew that I could turn on that show and get the best hour of sleep.

I was a 13-year-old boy in the long, long ago, and I am 100% here for Kathryn Hahn and Patti LuPone.

I think Inhumans would be more disliked if more people saw it.

All the lore implications aside, the main thing I want out of a Marvel series now is for it to be, you know, competent. Almost all of them have had the same problem of being paced weirdly and having irritating plot holes and character behavior that wouldn’t pass muster on your average network procedural show. Marvel

I’ve literally never heard of these movies before, but this one comment has done more to sell me on it than anything in this article.

I have one customer at my job that posts her replies to my emails by replying—and CHANGING THE GODDAMN SUBJECT LINE TO HER ANSWER EVERY SINGLE TIME. Literally nothing new in the body.  Her answer is entirely the new subject line, but she leaves the RE:.  You want to talk about maniacs? That is some next-level shit

That’s not what The Bear is about.

Oh, don’t worry. I’ve been watching the Deathstalker series since they first showed up on cable. I love every frame! I’m also thrilled to live in a world where this particular brand of sword & schlockery gets to live on in comic book form.
