Why would you lie about apologizing, and block the person that you were supposedly apologizing to, if you're being sincere?

I somehow ended up in an all-women’s college in the mid-’60s, in Texas, and was almost literally struck down dead in my tracks whenever I referred to dorm-mates/classmates/whomever as “you guys,” which was how I referred to any group of people in Denver and what I’d been doing my whole life. Nobody warned me about the

Chrissy Teigen has rubbed me the wrong way for awhile, mostly because I think a lot of her schtick is largely performative. This whole situation is certainly not a case of “I always knew it!”, but more that I am hardly surprised by any of it. She is certainly entitled to make her apology to whoever she needs to, but I

This is true, and it’s clear she was absolutely looking for attention and trying to be an edgelord because she thinks that makes her interesting and relatable. But in the case of Courtney it doesn’t hold up. She didn’t just tweet at them publicly. Chrissy DM’d them privately, multiple times. And she keeps glossing

Writing to someone telling them to kill themselves is not talking behind their back.

“Youse guys” IS  gender-neutral in the fabled lands in which it is spoken, as is its close cousin, “you guys”. This is a fact and I will brook no discussion.

I don’t want to nitpick her apology...but I’m going to nitpick her apology.

I don’t disagree about what you would like to see being appropriate, but she wasn’t saying anything in those DMs that she did not also say publicly, one of the tweets actually was, “my Friday fantasy: you. dirt nap. mmm baby.”The DMs were maybe more direct but Teigen was publicly telling them to kill themselves. She

So Chrissy now admits it was only a public apology, after she lied by saying she privately apologized, which Stodden proved by showing they were still blocked by Chrissy. She's so full of shit. If she were actually sorry, she'd unblock Stodden. I wonder if she's reached out to Quvenzhene Wallis, who was only 8 or 9

One of the things that gets me, though, is that she keeps describing her past behavior as a desperate attempt to be funny and cool, but Stodden was referring to private DMs. No one in chrissy’s much desired general public would even see those messages. She sent private messages encouraging self harm to a young person

I did go and read the piece and the comments that are posted to it. I find it interesting the number of people who are minimizing the types of comments that Tiegen made. She was not just making fun of Stodden and Lohan, she was encouraging self-harm and suicide, and she was an adult in her mid twenties when this

Not a fan of hers but I’m baffled at why *now* people have realized that’s she’s a bully. She’s always been this way and I’m pretty sure a lot of people bashing her were cheering her on with “Yaaassss Qweeeennn” years earlier.

She definitely said some horrible stuff though I don’t think she needs to suffer for her whole life; I’m also unsure of how else she can reiterate that she’s working on herself, though this still just seems to fall into that sort of parasitic relationship she wants to have with a fanbase that I truly hope she gets

Courtney Stodden shared a screenshot showing that Teigan had blocked them on Twitter, AFTER Teigan supposedly apologized to Stodden.

Isn’t she rich enough already? Doesn’t her husband make good enough money?

(The real truth in all of this is how much I actually cannot take confrontation.)

It has no basis under the Constitution or any legitimate legal framework.”

Is there another section of law that allows you to sue somebody for doing something that you’re not involved in and doesn’t effect you that I am unaware of?
Because isn’t this “I’m suing somebody for getting a haircut” and not going to stand up to any scrutiny federally? I know the Supremes are ready to end federal

Codifying a type of vigilante enforcement. So much for the rule of law.

I assume that’s a rhetorical question based on all the times Thomas should have recused himself for cases his wife was involved in.
