Again, I don’t disagree. I got it as soon as I could. But there is a huge difference when you try and force people. That is crossing a line.

So, let me get this straight. Your logic is that we should force vaccinate everyone with a vaccine shown not to be very effective against omicron, to decrease the spread of a disease that is almost as contagious as measles, while only slightly more virulent than run of the mill influenza?
This is maddening. Omicron is not slowed down at all by current mRNA vaccines! Have you not seen how many people have been actively sick with COVID while being fully vaccinated? Have you not seen how “breakthrough cases” were extremely uncommon with Delta, to being the norm now? I had a fever for 5 fucking days while…
The part you’re not hearing, or just ignoring, is that omicron will not kill you unless you have very major comorbidities. Delta was killing healthy people indiscriminately. Omicron is not that way. Your father likely would have had the same symptoms or just slightly worse had he not been vaccinated. We had an…
You do know the vaccine does absolutely nothing to stop the spread of omicron, right?
I had a 2002 Monte Carlo SS with a sunroof back in college. I used the sunroof constantly when it was nice out.
Everything about what you just wrote made my blood pressure go up.
It’s all about how you drive ecoboost equipped Fords. For example, cruising 70 mph on flat ground, the engine is not in boost but bump up to 80 mph and the added throttle input and RPM may have the turbos lit.
They fly, they just have a glide ratio of 1:10 even if they’re flapping.
Glass half full: This has been a wake up call to everyone how production can be a matter of national security. At my job, you wouldn’t believe how dependent we are on China for castings. There are very few cast components made here. A ROOTS RAM616 PD blower was an in-stock component in the before-times. Now? 6 months…
Can we all agree that every Ecoboost motor ever has an awful exhaust note? This is coming from a guy with a 2.3EB and 2.7EB. There is something about these motors that makes them sound just awful.
I agree. I can say from first hand experience, the current Mach 1 is a much more “attainable” upper level Mustang. A Shelby is not feasible for me, but I could maybe swing a Mach 1.
Nice catch, it had PBR “Cobra” calipers and 13" Brembo rotors from what I can ascertain.
Someone please explain to me why these Monte Carlos have such a following to this day. I had a 2002 SS, and it was meh.
But holy smokes did Ford sell the piss out of Mustang II’s. 1974 was the fourth highest sales year in Mustang history to this day, behind 65/66/67.
My high school street racing self wouldn’t mess with GTOs. Especially LS2 GTOs.
Back in 2008, an LS2 GTO was one of the fastest cars on the road. If you saw a GTO with one exhaust tip, you had a chance. If it had dual exhaust, no way.
I may be biased, but the Mach 1 really doesn’t deserve the hate. It was a purposeful attempt to fill the market gap between the GT and the extremely expensive Cobra. Yes, it was at the end of the New Edge lifecycle, but so has literally every other Mach 1 iteration except the 71-74. It has always been a light bolt on…
This is exactly why Tesla’s days are numbered. The only reason they are relevant is because they were the first to the party. Tesla customers have put up with so much that wouldn’t fly with a legacy automaker, just because it’s Tesla.
Just wait until the big automakers really start swinging their weight around the EV…
