Yep! I was also doing this accidentally because I was drinking so much coffee in the morning I just wasn’t hungry for breakfast until the afternoon. Now I’m just more mindful about it, and downloaded an app called Zero to track my fasts.
Not OP, but I’ve been doing 16:8 fasting. So, fasting for 16 hours a day and my “eating window” is 8 hours. That, combined with eating better in general, not drinking and going the gym means I’ve lost about 20 pounds in the past 6 months. I sometimes walk 5-7 miles just get out of my head and burn off energy. It definitely helps to stay busy. Been meaning to try meditation, too, but I can never sit still long enough.

Oh, yeah, the sleep part sucks! I partake in the 3 M’s: Melatonin, Magnesium and Marijuana. Also, a snack before bed helps. I’ve also been taking 5-HTP in the evening; I think that’s been helping with my mood and sleep.
Of course! I’m mostly using the stopdrinking subreddit. Reddit itself can be a crapshoot, but that sub is great. I check in every day and read people’s posts, reply to people, and post regularly myself. The book This Naked Mind has been incredibly helpful, as well. I highly recommend it for some psychological kung-fu.…
