I love seeing live music but people are THE WORST. I don’t know what it’s like in other cities, but where I am people have no respect and talk thru sets like they’re the only ones there and other people didn’t pay good money to see a band they love live. Have courtesy for the people around you, geez.

A dance party where people aren’t constantly bumping into me, having conversations about stupid shit extremely loudly inches from ear so that I can’t hear the music, and where sticky drinks aren’t constantly being spilled on me? SIGN ME THE FUCK UP.

Such wise words. This has been my mantra since I quit drinking. I love this show so much.

I totally get that about dating after a relationship has really been over for a while. I had a long term relationship in my 20s and I met someone just a couple months after we broke up. The relationship had been dead for a while and I felt kinda weird about meeting someone else so quickly, but I went for it and we

Sorry your ex is an ass. If you’re just getting divorced, though, dating might not be the best idea. I’ve been single for almost 3 years and have gotten my shit together a lot since then, and it’s only now I feel up to the task. Dating can be a real downer if you’re not ready for it.

I definitely don’t mind meeting in bars, still, if folks want to drink. But I definitely don’t want to be with someone who’s a big drinker. I like to meet up pretty quickly to see if there’s chemistry. Too much messaging leads to a false sense of intimacy, and it’s a real bummer when you meet in person and it’s just

Hey Jezzies! Hope all of you are fabulous this weekend. I’m more than a year off booze and even more time without sex, so I decided to try online dating again. Sigh. I put up a whole new OK Cupid profile since I’ve never done Tinder, and I’m already bored with it. I had a guy message me yesterday, we traded a couple

I like DermaE products. They are natural and don’t irritate my skin. I use the hydrating night cream with hyaluronic acid

I love it so much.

I actually enjoyed The Day After Tomorrow, for the same reason I enjoyed San Andreas: For the ridiculousness of it.

Nightcrawler is such a great movie and I’m really excited for Velvet Buzzsaw since it’s the same director.

For some people, a switch just flips and they are done. Kinda happened with me when I read This Naked Mind. Although I do get cravings from time to time I’ve been quit for a year (!) and it’s been pretty “easy” for me. But I know I need to stay vigilant, because getting complacent can lead to trouble. Congrats on

Hey! This Naked Mind changed my life. I’m coming up on a year sober at the end of the month! I tried several times to quit unsuccessfully, and made it a few weeks here and there, but that book flipped a switched for me and I haven’t drank since I finished it. I’ve also heard Alcohol Explained is a good one, but I

Yes, that sounds normal, and I have thought about this as well!

So happy to see she’s thriving! I hope you find a great new neighborhood for your family.

How’s your house?!

Congratulations!

I haven’t been sexed in more than a year and I can say without a doubt that I miss sucking dick. Like, a lot.
