IndyCar or NASCAR in Center City, Philadelphia. High-speed straights up and down the Ben Franklin Parkway with bus stops in Eakins Oval, loop in front of the Art Museum (“Rocky” steps for the rubes), past JFK Plaza and a loop around City Hall. Can’t miss. That or shut down the Schuylkill Expressway from King Of

I was surprised to find I used to live and work down the road from Roger Penske’s original shops in suburban Philadelphia. The first garage appears to be storage for a lawnmower sales/repair company and the second garage is a functioning auto shop. The house Mark Donohue lived in while driving for Penske is still

This will be an epic weekend with what sounds like a cast of characters that will be hard to beat. The cars, I mean. You’ve got this. (*Cues up theme to “The Great Escape”*)

Take your damn star, and don't forget those unexplained fires are STILL a matter for the courts.

I'm just here to show respect to the Tom Waits reference.

Nope, sorry. Do not want. Take it back to New York.

Came for the interesting premise, stayed for the absolutely batshit back-and-forth in the comments. Holy hell......

“Winning" is the novelization of the 1969 Paul Newman/Joanne Woodward/Robert Wagner film. I swear, if this guy did a novelization of "The Love Bug" I will lose it.

This is a solid choice. Take your damn star.

An Oldsmobile Cutlet fried and slathered in some Sunday sauce sounds pretty good right now......

So, wait... You’re going to talk about “Dazed & Confused” and not even bother to talk about what Melba Toast here is packin’? And you rattle off an Impala (WHAT Impala?), a Mustang (WHERE?), and don’t even bother to mention the GTO in question is a Judge or maybe mention the Chevy C-10 chasing a Buick Electra through

I need a complete update on the Tracy Motor Pool. I can't keep track anymore.

It’s Texas, so no way he’s tried as an adult. He’ll likely never see a jail cell. Hell, in ten years he might be elected governor.

100% agree on the Sport Trac. Still the best vehicle I've ever owned, and I miss it dearly. Not only did they not get enough respect for their utility capabilities (mine could handle whatever I threw at it) but that opening rear window was pretty sweet too.

These bridges are in a line along the Paoli/Thorndale SEPTA line, and there’s several problematic ones in this stretch. This one is less than a mile from where I used to live. At any given time of day between Paoli and Ardmore there are moving vans, car carriers, even military trucks stopping, assessing, and creeping

Just a couple’a bros with more money than brains.

I genuinely despise the people in this video and videos like these and hope bad things happen to them. I'm at peace with this.

She's saying it's impractical and obnoxious. That's celebrating it? Bad take, boss.

Take your dang gold star and your whistlin’ bungholes, spleen splitters, whisker biscuits, honkey lighters, hüsker dü’s, hüsker don’ts, cherry bombs, nipsy daisers, with or without the scooter stick, and one single whistlin’ kitty chaser.

I’m sorry you didn’t get to enjoy our neck of the woods more, and hope it will hold at least some good memories for you. Remember we’re not just cheesesteaks and “throwing snowballs at Santa Claus” (groan). We’re a lot of heart, we’ve got some excellent places to go on long, meandering drives, AND we have the Dark
